Golden Glow Flow
Blissful flows skillfully sequenced by each instructor letting their styles shine through. Expect dynamic movement, exploration of postures, and cultivation of focus that extends well beyond the mat. Options to engage at all levels are given, yet those new to Vinyasa may benefit from 2-4 Foundational Flow classes for a more seamless transition to this practice (also available in our replay library).
Luminous Slow Flow
Slow Flow allows space to more deeply experience the practice and ourselves. With breathwork and meditation woven in you can expect a balance of effort and ease that is nurturing for your whole being. Low impact.
Restore: Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided form of meditation that studies have found to decrease stress, improve cognition, and promote deep restoration of your nervous system. Classes begin with gentle movement and restorative postures before settling into cozy 'rest nests' for Yoga Nidra.
Restore: Candlelight
Candlelight Restorative is designed for deep relaxation and renewal. Using blankets, bolsters, and props we create supportive structures that allow stress and tension to melt away. Suitable for all levels.
Restore: Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues and networks in our bodies. With longer holds you will explore meditative and contemplative states of self for improved flexibility in body, breath, and mind. Low impact. Great for all levels.
Flow + Restore
Flow out of your day and into restoration with this class that has something for everyone. Unwind the mind with movement before dipping into a steadier state that evokes ease and calm. Great for all levels.
Foundational Flow
Whether a beginner or seasoned practitioner these classes provide foundational concepts of alignment, engagement, and philosophy to deepen practice. These core principles can be brought to Vinyasa classes or applied in your day to day life. Great for all levels.
Solar Power
An invigorating flow linking movement to breath that builds strength, endurance, and fosters skills needed for progression in asana. Expect opportunities for arm balances and inversions regularly in this practice.
Mat Pilates
Strengthen and lengthen with this low impact, high value class! Improved body awareness and core strength are just some of the benefits you will notice with this addition to your routine!
